Hazard Identification & Workplace Inspections (in-person)

Fundamental to managing occupational health and safety is the requirement to recognize, assess and control hazards in the workplace. This seminar introduces techniques for identifying, categorizing, and reporting hazards in the workplace. 

Topics covered:  identifying when a hazard identification should be done, legal requirements pertaining to hazard identification, conducting workplace inspections to identify hazards, rating the severity of workplace hazards, and common strategies for controlling hazards in the workplace.
